Cartuxa extra virgin is a premium olive oil, produced mainly from a blend of green olives (Picual, Arbequina and Cobrançosa) which show fresh, fruity aromas of green tomatoes and almonds, with a subtle touch of green leaves and mixed herbs. Olives are at their prime at time of picking and their juice is obtained in a mill equipped with state-of-the-art technology and strict quality control. The final product is an exquisite, smooth, slightly bitter and spicy olive oil. Ideal to season any white fish, green salads and rich pastas.
